Ansu Fati, an 18-year-old Spanish forward who represents Barcelona, is reportedly set to miss the upcoming Euro Cup and the Olympics.
This is due to an injury to his knee. Ansu Fati suffered the injury during a match against Real Betis in Laliga on November 7 last year. He has been out of football for almost six months now.
Sports sources said that Fati’s surgery, which was the first operation, failed. He underwent a second operation, and although he recovered, he had to undergo a third operation.
He will miss the Euro Cup and the Olympics due to his third surgery. Sports club sources have stated that if the third surgery is successful, he will be able to return to the field from the new football season.
